Tradecoach Terms and Conditions

Contract: No contract is required and clients are able to cancel any future sessions with minimum notice of 1 day. No refunds are permitted.

Client Responsibilities: Clients should provide accurate information about their business goals, target audience, and marketing preferences. Clients are responsible for providing necessary materials and approvals in a timely manner.

Scope of Work: The scope of all coaching services will be outlined in a separate conversation and more often goes at the clients own speed.

Intellectual Property: Any content or materials created as part of our services, including but not limited to graphics, videos, and written content, remain the intellectual property of our Tradecoach.

Agreement: All coaching services provided by our company are subject to a written contract outlining the terms and conditions of the engagement. The contract will include details such as the scope of services, fees, payment terms, and duration of the engagement.

Payment Terms: Payment for coaching services is due as agreed, Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Cancellation and Refunds: No Cancellations or Refunds are permitted.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information shared during the coaching engagement, including but not limited to business strategies, financial information, and personal details.

Limitation of Liability: Our coaching company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the coaching services provided, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.
