One of the most common questions asked during strategy or discovery calls is what will I have on completion of the course…..

Firstly everyone success is different and that varies depending not he individual and of course what the time the person is willing to commit to putting into the course (we recommend between 2-4 hours per week) but let me give you the absolute bare minimum you can expect to walk away with on completion of the course.

• 10-0 Coaching - With our 10-0 strategy will encourage and train you how to increase your prices by a bare minimum of 10%. Don’t worry we will show you exactly how to do this in Module 1. What was your turnover last year? Let’s say 150k, Expect to add 10% (£15k) to this which will be pure profit. In most cases we increase pricing by 20-200% but this varies individually so let’s keep this super simple - What does 10% mean to you? 10k? 100?….more?
• Increased Profits - Let’s assume your profit margins increase by a mere 10% also (only 10% has never happened at time of writing in Dec 2024) then let's add this number. Let’s assume your profits last year were 50k then that’s another 5k in the bag…

(Remember these prices will repeat year on year forever not just for the first year but again let's just assume one year to show you how much of a no brainer working with me is…..

So in 12 months you will have a minimum of £20,000 added to your bottom line and that my friend is a promise (I should consider quitting if I can’t do this for you).

• More Quality Leads - Module 3 is Lead Generation, we are going to teach you how to spot and know who your ideal client is and target them through our various routes to market. We will show you ingenuous ways to attack better clients, have the phone ringing more with clients who actually want to buy and have your website actually performing.
• Systems - Systems are designed to buy back time for you with each system saving you anything between 1-10 hours a week. Imagine we can add 10-20 systems. Well don’t imagine because we are going to!
• Recruiting - ever tried recruiting someone and they just make more mess/stress. This is likely down to your hiring system (what hiring system I hear you say) - with our extensive recruitment module (this is the biggest module on the course) we teach you again how to ‘attract’ the right staff but also how to nurture them and keep them and create a culture they don’t want to leave - ever!
• Delivering Projects - This area is huge and one most trade business owners neglect. Not completing jobs on time is killing you and with our project delivery templates and worksheets within our project delivery module we will teach you how to maximise profits (remember I said above 20%) and ensure all or most jobs are finishing on time - every time (this alone will add 20% to profits).
• Knowing your numbers - Knowing how much is coming in and out of your business is a must in ANY business, with our done for you templates it’s impossible to not know exactly how much is coming in and out monthly enabling you to act before year end (when it’s too late).
• Client Journey - In our client journey module we dig deep into every moving part of their journey and get YOU asking yourself what is good enough at every stage of client interaction focusing on the one thing at a time.

Throughout the course we will be working on a variety of other things like web design, SEO, positioning, branding even looking at how you can delegate certain tasks to other individuals and perhaps even outsourcing various tasks that put simply you are too valuable to be doing (like answering a telephone, sending quotes, doing social media, picking up materials and much much more)

There is way too much to mention but even with the minimum output from you (I would hope for maximum output btw just so you know) this would be what you would walk away with on completion of our Off The Tools Programme.
