One of my favorite quotes from Brad Sugars is this:
“If you don’t know where you’ll be in 12 months, you’re already there.”
Let that sink in. Without a clear plan, you’re simply treading water. Is that where you want to end up?
Here’s my 2025 plan:
2024 was a record-breaking year for me here at Tradecoach (just like 2023 was), and 2025 is going to be even bigger.
I’m taking Tradecoach to £1 million turnover, building a dream team around me so I can focus entirely on coaching, and hitting the ground running by Q2 with a fully staffed powerhouse of a business.
On a personal level, I’ve got big goals too:
Skydiving over the Palm in Dubai.
Tackling the 75 Hard challenge.
Climbing three more Munros in Scotland.
Flying a light aircraft.
And that’s just scratching the surface.
How will I do it?
I’ve written everything down. My goals are on my desk, staring me in the face every single morning at 5 AM.
I know exactly where I’m going because I’ve mapped it out.
